Briefly describe what you will be doing at your space?	Note that our primary target audience is "underserved" middle school youth about 10-14 years old, however participants between newborn and 100 years old will be with us. Several of the children will have disabilities, many of the children will be from very low income homes. Hands on exhibits, audience-participation performances, similar things are of most interest. Give-aways always win hearts of the kids. Please try to make the exhibit/performance science-related if possible (like the physics of basketball flight, sports medicine related to dancing, aerodynamics of paper airplane construction, etc). * Note: Please don't type any "unusual" characters. TABLE/BOOTH SPACE Table and booth space is reserved to all organizations offering goods or services to all of our guests. Space is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. We will try our best to place your organization's table or booth appropriately, based on airport space requirements. Valley Medical Center Foundation Take Flight for Kids reserves the right to refuse any exhibitor for any reason.
Would you like to display your goods and/or services in a FREE table or booth? I can bring my own table/chairs and a popup tent. I need to borrow table/chairs and a popup tent Warning: we have very limited numbers of loaners, so please bring your own if you can. No, I will not need a booth, I will exhibit something that doesn't need a booth.
Note: All table/booth space is FREE. You may sell anything that you would like at the event and keep all proceeds. Donations are not required, but are gladly accepted from all vendors. Free sample distribution of goods and/or services are encouraged, as appropriate.
